Rauma Finull is 100% Norwegian wool, spun at the Rauma Ullvarefabrikk in Romsdal, a valley in western Norway. A 2-ply, carded yarn with a slightly airy, voluminous hand feel that blooms beautifully and softens after washing. The wool comes exclusively from Norwegian sheep – no imports, no blends. Washed, carded, spun, dyed, and finished: all under one roof.

With 175 m per 50 g in sport weight, Finull is the yarn for Norwegian knitting tradition – and with 137 colors, the ultimate colorwork yarn. Whether Selbu mittens, Setesdal sweaters, or modern Nordic-style pullovers: the colors are made for patterns, the carded yarn easily catches on itself and is excellent for steeks. Not superwash – this is intentional: when washed, the stitches slightly felt together, making the fabric denser, warmer, and more durable.
