Returns - how does it work?

That depends on what it’s about.

Simply return.

It works just like usual. If you don’t quite like something or your plans have changed, you have a normal 14 days to return your goods to us. Just affix postage and send it back to our address. For the different options, simply ask at your trusted post office.

Exchange.

You noticed that you want a different Color or your project is developing differently than expected and you want other Colors?

Then it’s very simple:

• Send back the goods to be exchanged as described above
• Place a new order with the new Colors
• We ship the new order
• As soon as your return has arrived with us, we will refund your return shipping
